These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the supply of pest control and related services by Buggo Pest Control (“Buggo”, “we”, “us” or “our”) to you (the “Customer”). By booking or accepting our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

“Services” means the pest inspection, treatment, management and related services we provide. “Property” means the premises at which the Services are carried out. “Quote” means a written estimate of the cost of the Services.

2. Our Services

We provide residential and commercial pest control services, including general pest treatments, termite inspections and treatments, rodent control and related services. The scope of any Services will be set out in your Quote or booking confirmation.

3. Quotes and Bookings

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date and time with you. We will make reasonable efforts to attend at the scheduled time but cannot guarantee exact arrival times.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of GST. Payment is due on completion of the Services unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing. We may charge additional fees for work outside the agreed scope, which we will discuss with you beforehand where practicable.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee to cover our costs.

6. Service Warranty

Where we provide a warranty period for a particular treatment, the details and duration of that warranty will be set out in your Quote or service documentation. Warranties are subject to you following our recommendations and not interfering with treated areas. A warranty may be void if conditions at the Property change in a way that affects the treatment (for example, building works, landscaping, or moisture issues).

7. Your Responsibilities

To allow us to perform the Services safely and effectively, you agree to: provide safe and clear access to the relevant areas of the Property; inform us of any known hazards, hidden services or sensitive occupants; follow any preparation instructions we provide before treatment; and keep people and pets away from treated areas for the period we recommend.

8. Health, Safety and Chemicals

We use products registered with the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) and apply them in accordance with label directions and relevant regulations. If you or any occupant has allergies, respiratory conditions or other health sensitivities, please tell us before treatment so we can take appropriate precautions. Safety Data Sheets for the products we use are available on request.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Our Services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if the Services fail to meet a consumer guarantee. For major failures, you may be entitled to cancel the service contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for any reduction in value.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By engaging our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos and reports, is owned by or licensed to Buggo Pest Control and may not be reproduced without our permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time you book the Services applies to that booking.
